1.最初版本：

这可能是非常多的小伙伴和客户讲的话术：正因为现如今运费在上涨，我们越早下单，越能节约成本，将来卖的利润就会越高。Since shipping costs are rising nowadays, the earlier we place orders, the more we can save on costs, and the higher our future profits will be.相信我们用这个方法，也有一些客户会下单。但如果每一个小伙伴都和客户这样讲，客户已经司空见惯，可能会左耳进右耳出的。

2.进阶版本：

当发现客户听不进的时候，我们再换一种说法：

Totally understand you because I've had one customers who wanted to wait due to high shipping costs. However, just yesterday, he placed order, and the shipping rates had increased a lot during that period. For me, it's frustrating on one hand because if I had urged him to place the order sooner, it could have saved much cost. On the other hand, the market opportunities during this time were also lost.So, if you can afford to stop importing and it doesn't hurt your business much, you might consider waiting. But if importing is important , we still hope you give it a try.我非常理解你，因为之前也有一个客户因运费的问题要等等，但是他昨天刚把订单下下来，只是这段时间运费又涨了不少。对于我来讲，内心是比较难过的。一方面，如果能够早点催他下单，可以帮他节约更多，另外一方面，这段时间的市场机会也损失掉了。所以，如果停止进口生意对你来说没有多大关系，那你可以观望。如果必须要进口，我还是希望你尝试一下。

3.高阶版本：

如果客户还是犹豫，我们尝试另外一种说法：I completely understand you because you're not the only one waiting.Many of our other customers also feel that shipping costs are too high and want to wait.Based on this, we suppose our company order volume would decrease, but our orders are actually booming right now.So, I asked a few of our customers about this, and one of them said that it's the perfect time to capture market share because his competitors are holding back. At this stage, capturing market share is more important than profits.非常理解你，因为不仅是你要等，我们也有非常多的其他客户也在等。单从这方面来推断，我们公司的订单量应该越来越少，但是我们现在的订单是非常火爆的所以我也问了其中几个客户，有一个客户跟我说，正因为现如今竞争对手都在观望，所以才是我抢占市场的最佳时机。在现阶段，抢占市场份额比利润更重要。
