马上国庆放假了，客户要不要一个个通知？别只是想着发通知啊，每到节假日，就有一大波外贸人集体陷入纠结：

到底要不要提前通知客户我要放假？

怎么通知？英文怎么写？

通知了之后，客户会不会以为我推单催款

我要不要假期里还回消息？

不通知，是低情商，

群发通知，是低效率，

会通知, 巧通知，借机通知，才是真高手

这不仅仅是个放假了要不要说一声的问题，而是一次：客户分类的机会，报价推进的机会，信任感建立的机会，老客户再次成交的机会啊

千万别浪费了节前这个黄金时间窗口。

为什么节前通知客户，绝不是多此一举

你以为你在打个招呼，

但客户看的是你有没有服务意识。

你以为客户可能不关心，但现实是，许多客户确实想知道你们什么时候能发货，什么时候能处理订单，什么时候能收款。

甚至，你只要一句话提醒，客户就能立刻安排付款。去年我们一个印度客户，一直说we will pay soon，拖了2周没动静。

我们提醒他说：Hi Raj, heads-up — we’ll be on National Holiday from Oct. 1st to Oct. 7th To avoid any delay, payment before Sep 28 would help us stay on track with your production schedule. Hi Raj，提前跟你提醒一下，我们10月1日至10月7日放国庆假期。为了避免耽误排产，如果你能在9月28日前完成付款，就能确保生产不延误哦。

所以，节前一句看似普通的提醒，有时候就是客户最需要的那个临门一脚就下单哦

节前跟进的正确节奏是什么？

很多人卡在发不发上，真正的大佬，已经安排好下面这几步了：

🔹第一步：提前5-7天“预热提醒”

客户感觉是你主动，有节奏，而不是突然间丢一句放假通知啊～

Hi John, we’ll have our National Holiday coming up soon (Oct 1st to Oct 7th. Just letting you know in case there's anything we can help prepare in advance.

我们马上就要国庆节放假了（10月1日到10月7日），提前和你说一声，如果你有任何事情需要我们假期前准备的，随时告诉我。

🔜这一步建议你发给：

正在报价的客户

已出PI的客户

还没付款的客户

最近不太回你的客户（试着激活一下）

你不用立马说要不要下单，安排付款，先做人情，铺好台面。

🔹第二步：提前3天顺势推进

这个时候要有目的性，但不要生硬

Hi Daniel,checking in on the PI we sent last week.If it works for you, we can still arrange production before the holiday.

Hi Daniel，跟进一下上周给你的PI报价，如果你觉得可以确认的话，我们还能在放假前安排上生产。

这句话的含义很清晰： 你要是不赶紧确认，节后一堆订单等着排产，排不到你哦

还能再加一句：Only want to make sure you don't miss the slot. 😄

想确保你不会错过排产档期哦~

这时候你不是在催，而是在提醒和为他好

🔹第三步：放假前1天最后一次提示 + 留联系方式

这天发的内容要简洁温柔，有节奏感。

比如：Hi James, kindly  reminder — we’ll be off from tomorrow for our National Holiday (Oct 1～7).

I’ll still be checking emails and WhatsApp from time to time. If there’s anything urgent, feel free to reach out!提醒一下，我们从明天开始国庆假期啦（10月1日到10月7日），我偶尔还是会上邮箱和WhatsApp的，有紧急事情可以随时找我哦！

一定要加这句话：No worries if it’s not urgent — I’ll get back to you right after the holiday as well. 😉如果不紧急也没关系，节后我也会第一时间回复你哈

➡️这个时候发给所有核心客户，已下单客户，潜在客户都OK，重点是：

表现你没完全消失，展示你的责任感

给客户留一个有温度的空档。

🔹第四步：假期中偶尔触达（但不打扰）

有客户假期也上班，比如中东，印度，非洲那一带。

你可以假期第3-4天发一句英文节日祝福，顺便跟进一下。

节前沟通中最容易踩的3个坑

❌ 1）把通知当作广播

一个客户一个语气，一个角度，一个内容，哪怕你改一句，客户也能感受到你是专门给我写的。

用心和不用心，客户心里一清二楚。

比如这个错的例子：

Dear All, our company will be closed from Sep 29 to Oct 6. Thank you.

你连名字都不加，对方怎么会认真看你这封邮件？

❌ 2）一开口就催款

想象一下，你刚点完外卖，一个人冲过来跟你说：你是不是该续杯了？快点！

你会不会觉得这人疯了？

所以，不要上来就说：Please arrange payment before Sep 28.

✅可以这样说得体很多：To make sure we can meet your expected timeline, payment before Sep 28 would be appreciated. I’m here to assist with any document or clarification you may need.

为了确保我们能按时完成你的交期计划，若能在9月28日前完成付款会更好。如需我协助任何文件或进一步说明，随时告诉我。

有没有发现，语气礼貌了，效果更好了

❌ 3）假期就彻底失联

不少客户是临时决定付款，突然想下单，临时改发货方式，你要是这时候断联，很可能一个节就错过一个大单。

✅至少设置好邮箱自动回复：Thanks for your message. I'm currently on National Holiday (Oct 1–Oct 7), but I will check emails periodically. For urgent matters, please feel free to reach me on WhatsApp at +86...

谢谢您的来信，我目前处于国庆假期中期间会不定期查看邮件。如有紧急情况，请加我WhatsApp：+86...

一个客户如果你说我放假啦，他一点反应都没有。你就知道，这单成的几率很小了

但有的客户，会说：Thanks for letting me know. I’ll try to confirm before then.

或者：Have a good holiday. I’ll check with my team and get back to you.

你就知道，这客户还在意你，这单还有希望。所以啊，这不是在发通知，这是在打探信息，分析客户，判断机遇。

节后谁要重点跟，谁要继续跟，谁该筛掉，全靠这波节前动作。

聪明的外贸人，不只是放假通知，

而是借势成交

你不是在说：我要放假啦，别找我。而是在说：“我提前告诉你，是因为我在意你”。不要怕客户来找你，而是哪怕放假，也给客户信息安全感。

你不是只想自己放松，而是想确保订单别掉，合作别断，节后还能顺利接上。
